CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)

The social obligations of 3A Clothes are supported by our adoption of CSR policies and procedures. Here are a few of the ways we look out for our staff’s health and happiness:

• Incentive Pay – We reward our workers monetarily for their dependability, productivity, and dedication to the company.

• Festival Bonuses – Our employees get bonuses when there are celebrations.

• Flood Relief – We know what floods can do to our country. Even a small amount of help can make a big difference in these terrible times. We give dry food to people to make their lives easier.

• Help with making a living – People who are poor need help making a living and keeping it going. We help people who need help by giving them livestock and money.

• Winter Aid– When the weather is cold and rough, we give out warm clothes.

• Response During Pandemic – 3A Clothing comes up with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for healthcare workers to deal with COVID19.

• Promoting greenery – We try to take care of nature by doing things like planting trees, gardening in the factory, etc., that are inside and near our buildings.
